赛乐特联合支持性心理治疗对脑卒中后轻中度抑郁的临床研究
摘要：目的：探讨早期新型抗抑郁药赛乐特联合支持性心理治疗对脑卒中后轻中度抑郁和神经功能恢复的影响。 方法：200例住院诊断为脑卒中的患者于发病后、2周后、4周后、8周后，分别进行汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）－17和改良巴氏指数评定表评分测定。结果：脑卒中后轻中度抑郁103例，发生率51.5%（103/200）。研究组与对照组比较治疗2周末、4周末和8周末HAMD-17评分与改良巴氏指数评定表评分差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。 结论：脑卒中后抑郁发生率高，脑卒中后轻中度抑郁发病率明显高于脑卒中后重度抑郁患者，赛乐特联合支持性心理治疗能更好、更早改善脑卒中后轻中度抑郁状态。
