乐清湾滩涂养殖贝类微生物富集及海水净化研究

摘要[目的]探讨不同品种贝类对微生物富集能力的差异以及生长环境水质对贝类富集微生物的影响和海水净化试验微生物变化情况。[方法]抽样检测缢蛏、文蛤、泥蚶中的大肠杆菌和菌落总数;检测贝类生长海水中的粪大肠菌群和细菌总数;净化试验中,每天换水抽样检测缢蛏样品中大肠杆菌和菌落总数,连续抽样检测5 d。[结果]缢蛏、文蛤、泥蚶样品中缢蛏富集大肠杆菌和菌落总数的数值相对较高,文蛤和泥蚶的富集能力没有显著差异;海水中的粪大肠菌群和细菌总数含量越高,则该环境下生长的贝类中大肠杆菌和菌落总数就越高,二者呈一定的正相关;污染的缢蛏随着暂养净化时间的增加,缢蛏中大肠杆菌和菌落总数的数值也随之减少。

Abstract[Objective]The aim was to investigate the differences in microbial eichment of different species of shellfish, the influence of growth environment water quality to shellfish eiching microorganisms and the microbial changes of seawater purification test.[Method]The Escherichia coli and aerobic plate count were detected in Sinonovacula constricta, Meretrix meretrix and Tegillarca granosa. Faecal coliforms and total bacterial count were detected in seawater of shellfish growth. In seawater purification test, the Escherichia coli and aerobic plate count of Sinonovacula constricta were detected for 5 d.[Result]The numerical value of Escherichia coli and aerobic plate count was relatively higher than that of Meretrix meretrix and Tegillarca granosa. In addition, there was no significant difference between Meretrix meretrix and Tegillarca granosa.
