不同临床标本微生物检验的阳性率结果对比研究
【摘要】目的 比对不同临床标本在不同时段中微生物检验的阳性率结果。方法 选取我院2016年1月～2017年8月检验科1000份临床微生物检验标本作为本文研究对象，根据其检验时间，分为两个时间段，A时间段（2016年1月到2016年10月）和B时间段（2016年11月到2017年8月），分析两个时间段不同临床标本微生物检验的阳性率结果。结果 经过比对后，A时间段检验阳性率明显高于B时间段，数据间具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两时间段粪便标本检验阳性率无显著差异（P>0.05）。结论 临床必须加大对不同临床标本在不同时段中微生物检验的阳性率结果的分析力度，最大程度上提升临床微生物标本检验的检测准确性。
