低剂量CT在胸部疾病中的应用
[摘 要] 随着医学影像学在临床上的广泛应用，CT应用越来越广。由于CT检查所运用的X射线剂量较大，使得医务工作者以及患者都不得不接受较大剂量的辐射，容易损伤健康。研究发现，接受的辐射剂量越高，罹患放射相关疾病的几率越大，而低剂量CT的运用可以最大程度上减少受检人群接受射线的剂量。临床上肺癌、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、肺栓塞、肺结核以及乳腺疾病等等胸部疾病的诊断可依据低剂量CT的检查结果，并且低剂量胸部CT特别适用于健康体检及高危人群普查、肺癌筛查，同时也适用于短期内多次复查及需要长年随诊观察的患者，是一种科学、经济的检查方法。

[Abstract] With medical imaging in clinical applications increasingly widespread， most current clinical diagnosis requires the imaging support， and the CT is the most widely used screening method. However， due to the use of CT examination of the larger dose of X-rays， letting medical workers and patients are forced to accept a larger dose of radiation exposure， for a long time easy to damage health. The study finding， the higher received radiation doses the larger chance of suffering from radiation-related diseases. But the use of low-dose CT can minimize radiation dose groups receiving. For patients with chest disease diagnosis often requires the results of chest CT， including lung cancer， chronic obstructive pulmonary disease， pulmonary embolism， tuberculosis and other breast disease diagnosis often requires CT results as a basis for. And， especially for low-dose chest CT for the organization of health examination and screening high-risk groups， screening for lung cancer， but also for many short-term follow-up review and the need to observe the patient for many years， is a scientific， economical inspection methods.
