外科多重耐药菌的分析与护理干预研究

[摘要] 目的 了解外科多重耐药菌的种类及分布情况,为临床采取护理干预措施提供参考依据。 方法 采用细菌分离培养方法,对外科送检标本进行病原菌和多重耐药菌分布情况调查和分析。 结果 从外科2012年的住院患者389份标本中分离出病原菌145株(37.3%),其中多重耐药菌31株(21.4%),主要分布在伤口分泌物/脓液中22株(71.0%),在尿液中5株(16.1%),在痰液中3株(9.7%)。多重耐药菌居前3位的菌种依次是产ESBLs大肠埃希菌、耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)和产ESBLs肺炎克雷伯菌。 结论 外科住院患者标本中检出多重耐药菌比例较高,主要分布在伤口分泌物/脓液中,应针对外科多重耐药菌分布特点采取有效的护理干预措施,有效地预防和控制多重耐药菌的产生和传播。

[Abstract] Objective To study the types and distribution of multi-drug resistant organism in surgical department,to provide reference for better nursing interventions in clinic.Methods Isolation and culture of bacteria was used to investigate and analyze the pathogens and multi-drug resistant organism of specimens in surgical department.Results In 389 specimens,145 (37.3%) pathogens were isolated,of which 31 (21.4%) were multi-drug resistant organism,21 (71.0%) out of the 31 were found in wound secretions/pus,5 (16.1%) were found in urine,3 (9.7%) were found in sputum.The commonest types of multi-drug resistant organism were ESBLs-producing Escherichia coli,Methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) and ESBLs-producing Klebsiella pneumoniae.Conclusion Multi-drug resistant organism take up a relatively high p...
