临床医学专业本科生“辅导员—导师制”教育管理模式的实施途径

摘 要 临床医学专业本科生'辅导员”导师制“教育管理模式的实施途径就是在医学本科生的教学管理队伍中,除了传统单一的配备专职辅导员作为开展学生思想政治教育工作的骨干力量,结合医学生的培养目标,配备学业导师作为培养学生专业素养的重要力量,配备临床导师作为提升医学生临床技能的突出力量,实践'思想政治教育、专业素养教育、临床技能培训“三位一体的'辅导员”导师制“的双重学生教育管理模式。通过专职辅导员、学业导师和临床导师的积极引领,实现各路'育人纵队“的'横向衔接“,形成真正意义上的全员、全方位、全过程育人教育管理新模式,形成'分工协作、齐抓共管“的育人格局。

Abstract The way to implement the "Counselor-Tutor System" educational management model for undergraduates majoring in clinical medicine is to equip the teaching management team of medical undergraduates with academic tutors as an important force to cultivate students" professional qualities, in addition to the traditional single full-time counselors as the backbone of the ideological and political education of students, combined with the training objectives of medical students. As a prominent force to improve medical students" clinical skills, clinical tutors practice the dual student education management mode of "counselor-tutor system" which integrates "ideological and political education, professional literacy education and clinical skills training".
