基层医院普通外科住院医师规范化培训实践与探索
[摘要] 住院医师规范化培训（以下简称'住培“）过程中，很多基层医院面临指导医师带教经验不足，培训重点不明确、考核不规范等问题。作为基层医院，我院有二十余年的外科住培经验。普通外科是外科学的基础，也是外科住培轮转时间最长的科室。为提高普通外科住培质量，本院采取了一些卓有成效的措施，主要包括：强调普通外科在住培中的重要性;提高指导医师的带教能力，增加带教积极性;要求住院医师充分参与科室各项工作，调动工作及学习积极性;开展临床思维及外科基本操作的训练;严格进行各项考核，包括日常考核、出科考核、年度考核等。

[Abstract] In the process of standardized training for residents（hereinafter referred to as 'residential training“）， many primary hospitals face problems such as lack of experience in guiding physicians， unclear training focus， and irregular assessment.
