无创呼吸机治疗肺栓塞导致呼吸衰竭患者的效果探讨

[摘要] 目的 探讨无创呼吸机治疗肺栓塞导致呼吸衰竭患者的效果。 方法 整群收集2014年2月”2015年9月在该院被诊断为肺栓塞合并呼吸衰竭的患者108例，随机分为两组，对照组50例采用常规药物治疗，观察组58例，在对照组基础上加用无创呼吸机治疗，对比治疗前后两组血气指标及插管率、病死率。 结果 组间比较，治疗前，两组PaO2、PaCO2及pH值差异有统计学意义（P>0.05），治疗后，观察组明显好于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；组内比较，两组治疗后均较治疗前好（P<0.05）；观察组插管率少于对照组，差异无统计学意义（P<0.05），而病死率则差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。 结论 无创机械通气治疗肺栓塞合并呼吸衰竭疗效较佳，值得推广。

[Abstract] Objective To study the effect of non-invasive ventilator in treatment of patients with respiratory failure caused by pulmonary embolism.
