病例讨论在助产专业病理学教学中的应用

摘 要 目的：探讨病例讨论教学法在助产专业病理学教学中的应用效果。方法：选择我校2015级助产专业1～4班（共280人）为研究对象，1、2班为实验组，采用病例讨论教学法，3、4班为对照组，采用传统教学法；两组是由同一位教师授课，教学结束后采用问卷调查和理论考试两种形式评估两种不同教学法的效果。结果：实验组理论考试成绩平均值明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；实验组学生對教学满意度明显高于对照组。结论：病例讨论教学法能激发助产专业学生的学习兴趣，提高学习主动性，有效提高病理学教学效果。

Abstract Objective： To explore the effect of the application of case discussion teaching method in the pathology teaching of midwifery. Method： Choose our school 2015 midwifery major 1-4 classes （280 students ） as the research object ，class 1 and 2 as the experimental group， use case discussion teaching method ，class 3 and 4 as the control group， use the traditional teaching method. Both groups are taught by the same teacher ，after the end of the pathology teaching ，the results of the two different teaching methods were evaluated by the questionnaire and the theoretical examination in two forms. Results： The average test scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group（P<0.05）；the teaching satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group.Conclusion：Case discussion teaching method can stimulate the midwifery students interest in learning， improve learning initiative， improve the effect of pathology teaching .
