高压氧对颅脑外伤昏迷患者的康复效果及护理探讨
[摘要] 目的 观察高压氧对颅脑外伤昏迷患者的康复效果。方法 选择颅脑外伤昏迷患者50例，随机划分为对照组和治疗组各25例，对照组采取常规治疗，治疗组采取高压氧治疗，比较两组的治疗效果。结果 治疗组的平均苏醒时间为（15±1.5）d，明显少于对照组的（20±1.2）d ， 差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。治疗组的总有效率为88%，显著高于对照组的68%， 差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。 结论 颅脑外伤昏迷患者早期采取高压氧治疗，并做好入舱前的护理以及加压、稳压、减压过程的护理，不但可有效减轻或消除患者的后遗症，并能挽救更多患者的生命。

[Abstract] Objective To observe the rehabilitation effect of oxygen on patients with traumatic brain injury coma. Methods A total of 50 patients with traumatic brain injury coma were randomly divided into control group and treatment groups with 25 patients，the control group received conventional nursing，thetreatment group took hyperbaric oxygen therapy, effects and care discussion were compared. Results The average recovery time for the treatment group (15±1.5) days, was significantly less the control group（P ＜0.05）. The total effective rate of treatment group was 88%, was significantly higher than the control group（P ＜0.05）. Conclusion Unconscious traumatic brain injury patients to take an early hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and good care Rucang before, and the pressure, the regulator, the nursing process of decompression, not only effectively reduce or eliminate the aftermath of the patients and save more lives of patients.
