关于临床试验药物中心药房的管理和思考
[摘要] 在药物临床试验过程中，研究药物的管理是临床试验过程中重要的组成部分。国家食品药品监督管理总局对临床试验的严格监管，试验药物管理的规范化是每个参与药物临床试验的人员必须重视的问题。试验药物仅用于入组该临床研究的受试者，不得把试验用药转交任何非临床试验参加者，试验药物也不得销售。由于临床试验药物安全性和有效性并不确定，为保障受试者的权益，建立一套完备的药物管理体系，加强试验用药物的管理至关重要。该文简述该院临床试验药物管理的基本情况，提出关于临床试验药物管理制度改进的思考，逐步建立完善的临床试验药物管理制度。通过对中心药房的规范化建立以及对中心药房的药物管理模式的改进，作为临床试验过程中一个非常重要的环节，来保证临床试验结果的科学性、可靠性、真实性。

[Abstract] In the course of drug clinical test， the drug management is an important component in the clinical test course， and the standardization of trial drug management is the issue that every personnel taking part in the drug clinical test must pay attention to， and the trial drug is only used by the clinical research subjects， and delivering the trial medication to any non-clinical trial participant is forbidden， and the trial drug is also forbidden to sale， and it is vital to establish a series of perfect drug management systems and enhance the trial drug in order to ensure the rights of subjects due to the uncertainty of safety and effectiveness of clinical trial drug.
