基于工业4.0建设思想的智慧制丝平台研究
摘要：智慧制丝平台建设是卷烟厂走向智慧工厂建设的第一步，也是未来智慧卷烟工厂的'智慧核心“，思路背景源于智慧工厂的深入理解和行业市场取向改革的深入解读，在智慧工厂和工业4.0所涵盖的八项范围中（能源、生产、控制、信息），强调制造企业制造单元在物联网的基础上，核心是生产过程的准确检测、精准控制、动态优化和关键点的自律式生产。本文主要论述基于工业4.0建设思想的智慧制丝平台。
Abstract： The construction of wisdom tobacco making platform is the first step towards the construction of a wisdom cigarette factory and also the "wisdom core" for the future wisdom cigarette factory. The background of the idea originated from the in-depth understanding of wisdom factory and the reform of market orientation in industry. Wisdom factory and Industry 4.0 covered eight areas （energy， production， control， information， etc.）， emphasizing manufacturing enterprises" manufacturing units based on the Internet of Things. The core is the accurate detection of the production process， precise control， dynamic optimization and the key points of self-regulatory production. This article mainly discusses the wisdom tobacco making platform based on the idea of industry 4.0 construction.
