丁螺环酮联用CES治疗精神分裂症伴发焦虑症状对照研究

摘要：目的 探讨丁螺环酮联用CES（经颅微电流刺激疗法）治疗精神分裂症伴发焦虑症状的疗效、不良反应。方法 将符合入组标准的精神分裂症伴发焦虑症状的患者随机分为丁螺环酮联用CES（23例）治疗作为研究组，丁螺环酮单独治疗（21例）作为对照组，疗程8W，疗效分别使用HAMA量表和有效率评定，不良反应收集有关资料评估。结果 丁螺环酮联用CES治疗精神分裂症伴发焦虑症状起效快，疗效好，2w和8w时HAMA评分组间有统计学差异（P<0.05），研究组有效率为91.30%，对照组为76.19%，组间无统计学差异（P>0.05）；组间不良反应及辅助检查结果无统计学差异（P>0.05）。结论 丁螺环酮联用CES治疗精神分裂症伴发焦虑症状起效快，疗效好，不良反应少，安全性高，是一种有效的临床治疗方式。

Abstract：Objective Discussion on buspirone combined with CES （micro-current Transcranial stimulation） in the treatment of schizophrenia with anxiety symptoms in adverse reactions. Methods Would be consistent with the standard set of symptoms of schizophrenia with anxiety combined with buspirone were randomly divided into the CES （23 cases）， treatment as a research group， alone in the treatment of Buspirone （21 cases） as a control group， treatment 8W， efficacy using the HAMA scale and efficiency assessment， gather relevant information to assess adverse reactions.
