临床药师规范化培训之人才培养模式的研究探索
[摘要] 目的 该论文研究的目的就在于通过研究与探索，得到临床药师在职培训人才培养的最佳模式。方法 有关医学方面临床药师的人才培养和技能提高也成了需要重點研究的问题，关于临床药师的实践与探索过程，该文着重研究。结果 将临床药师培养分为3个阶段，每个阶段制定教学目标和工作重点。结合实际案例分享该教学法在不同培养阶段中的实施要点，分享教学工作思路。结论 该教学法激发了临床药师的学习兴趣，提高了临床药师分析问题、解决问题和创新思维的能力，加快了临床药师的培养速度，有利于药学部人才梯队建设和科室持续发展。

[Abstract] Objective The purpose of this thesis is to obtain the best model for the training of on-the-job training for clinical pharmacists through research and exploration. Methods The training of talents and skills of clinical pharmacists in medical fields has also become a problem that needed to be focused on. This paper would focus on the practice and exploration process of clinical pharmacists. Results The clinical pharmacist training was divided into three stages， each of which set teaching objectives and work priorities. Combine the actual cases to share the implementation points of the teaching method in different training stages， and share the teaching ideas. Conclusion This teaching method stimulates the interest of clinical pharmacists， improves the ability of clinical pharmacists to analyze problems， solve problems and innovative thinking， accelerates the training speed of clinical pharmacists， and is conducive to the construction of talent teams and the continuous development of departments.
