基于德尔菲法研制住院肿瘤患者家庭状态量表
【摘要】 目的：研制适合我国住院肿瘤患者家庭状态的评估量表，为评估我国住院肿瘤患者的家庭状态提供良好的测量工具。方法：以第3版《护理结局分类》为框架，通过文献查阅和专家访谈，确定备选指标，经课题小组讨论形成专家咨询问卷，采用德尔菲法（Delphi Method）对全国22位专家进行两轮函询。结果：通过2轮专家咨询，最终形成了包含家庭正常化、家庭功能、家庭经济与健康状况、家庭参与专业护理和治疗过程中的家庭支持5个维度，53个条目的测量工具，两轮专家咨询的积极系数分别为96%和100%，专家权威系数为0.84，协调指数分别为0.305和0.437。结论：采用德尔菲法形成的住院肿瘤患者家庭状态评估量表，具有较高的可靠性，能提高肿瘤患者的生存质量，可在临床上推广应用。
