178例重症颅脑损伤患者手术前后的舒适护理体会
【摘要】 目的:观察重症颅脑损伤手术患者的舒适护理效果,以
总结舒适护理经验,提高护理水平。方法:对178例重症颅脑损伤
(GCS评分≤8分且昏迷>6 h)手术患者分别进行术前、术后舒适护理
,翔实记录患者的出院及预后结局、并发症发生情况、心理疏导疗效
、生活自理恢复能力情况、护理满意度、护患纠纷及护理质量。结果
:死亡12例,自动出院4例,162例不同程度好转或痊愈;口臭发生率
35%,口炎发生率10%,肺部感染发生率12%,褥疮发生率为0;术前术
后心理疏导使家属、患者的心理应激得到极大缓解,负面情绪明显改
善,无一例因悲观厌世而轻生自杀;在生活自理能力恢复方面,
63.4%生存患者不同程度恢复生活自理能力;科室整体护理操作更加
规范,合格率达到96%,整体护理满意度达98.6%,无一例护患纠纷发
生。结论:全方位实行舒适护理可改善患者预后,提高护理满意率,
同时改善护理服务,提高护理质量。

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effects on
comfortable nursing for the patients with severe
craniocerebral injury and summarize nursing experience.
Method: To keep a detail and accurate records of the
outcomes, the complications, the results of psychological
counseling, the activity of daily life, nursing
satisfaction, nurse-patient dispute, and nursing quality
through comfortable nursing such as emotional adjustment to
the patients and their relatives, positively preoperative
preparations as well as post-operative nursing was
