呼吸道感染病原菌分布及耐药分析

[摘要] 目的 为掌握该院呼吸道感染病原菌的分布及其对抗菌药物的耐药情况，对2015年的病原菌分布和耐药率进行回顾性分析，为临床治疗和合理使用抗生素提供有效的参考依据。 方法 统计分析2015年1”12月医院门诊及住院患者的痰培养及药敏结果。 结果 318例痰标本中检出致病菌187株。其中，革兰氏阴性杆菌132株，占检出率70.6%;革兰氏阳性球菌29株，占检出率15.5%;酵母样真菌26株，占检出率13.9%。 结论 呼吸道感染病原菌仍然以革兰氏阴性杆菌感染为主，对多种抗菌药物都有较高的耐药率，临床应合理使用抗菌药物，减少病原菌耐药性的产生。

[Abstract] Objective To master the distribution of pathogenic bacteria of respiratory tract infection in our hospital and drug resistance of antibacterials by retrospective analysis of distribution of pathogenic bacteria and drug resistance rate in 2015 and provide effective reference for the clinical treatment and rational application of antibiotics. Methods The sputum culture and drug sensitive results of outpatients and inpatients in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 were counted and analyzed.
