龙眼和番石榴根际的短针中环线虫鉴定

摘 要 短针中环线虫[Mesocriconema brevistylus（Singh & Khera， 1976）Loof & de Grisse， 1989]采自福建省龙眼树和番石榴树的根际土壤中。该线虫的形态学鉴别特征为：唇盘椭圆形，轻微隆起，唇盘两侧的侧器口明显；亚中唇瓣4个，圆形、较发达且充分分离；唇区圆，无缢缩；唇环3个，第2环宽于第1环而窄于第3环；体环126～145个，后翻、后缘光滑，虫体侧区环纹愈合；口针长54.3～66.7 μm；阴门张开，前阴唇无突起物；尾部渐细，末端钝圆或裂叶状。该线虫rDNA-ITS和rDNA-D2D3区的序列大小分别为1 013和767～769 bp。短针中环线虫为中国首次记录，龙眼和番石榴为新发现的寄主植物。

Abstract Mesocriconema brevistylus（Singh & Khera， 1976）Loof & de Grisse， 1989 was collected from the rhizosphere of Longan and Guava in Fujian. The morphological diagnostic characters of the nematode are as follows： labial plate oval， elevated slightly， including two distinct amphidial openings laterally； four sub median lobes round， well developed， separated from each other； lip region round， continuous with body， with 3 annules， first annule narrower than second and second narrower than third； body annules 126-145， retrorse， posterior margins smooth， several anastomoses present at lateral field； stylet 54.3-66.7 μm； vulva open， anterior vulval lip with no projection； tail tapering to a lobate or obtusely rounded tip. The nematode"s rDNA-ITS and 28S rDNA-D2D3 region sequence was 1 013 and 767-769 bp， respectively. M. brevistylus was firstly reported in China， longan and guava were its new host.
