颅脑创伤血清标志物miR—124的表达及其意义的研究
【摘要】 目的：研究颅脑创伤血清标志物miR-124（脑组织特异性的miRNA-124）的表达及其意义。方法：选取2014年11月-2015年6月本院接診的颅脑创伤患者38例为研究组，另选38例正常人为正常组。研究组采取积极的手术治疗，正常组不予以任何治疗措施。比较两组miR-124、白细胞介素10（IL-10）、调节性T细胞（Treg细胞）的表达水平及治疗前格拉斯哥昏迷量表（GCS）评分、预后格拉斯哥结局评分（GOS）。结果：入院4、24 h，研究组miR-124、IL-10水平和Treg细胞比例均显著高于正常组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；研究组治疗前GCS评分明显低于正常组（P<0.05）；两组预后GOS评分和miR-124表达水平比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：血清标志物miR-124与颅脑创伤诊断和预后有一定的关系，其能够帮助临床医师开展个体化治疗和早期更精确地估计预后，值得在临床大力推广。

【Abstract】 Objective：To study the expression and significance of serum marker miR-124 （brain specific miRNA-124） in patients with traumatic brain injury.Method：A total of 38 patients with craniocerebral trauma admitted to our hospital from November 2014 to June 2015 were selected as study group，and another 38 normal people were selected as normal group.The study group received active surgical treatment，while normal group did not receive any treatment.The expression level of miR-124，interleukin 10（IL-10），regulatory T cells（Treg cells） and the scores of the lasto Coma Scale（GCS） before treatment and the prognosis of Glasgow outcome score（GOS） between two groups were compared.Result：After admission 4 and 24 h，the levels of miR-124，IL-10 and Treg cell proportions in study group were significantly higher than those of normal group（P<0.05）.The GCS score of study group before treatment was significantly lower than that of normal group（P<0.05）.The prognosis of GOS and miR-124 expression level between two groups were compared，the ...
