下肢电磁动力正压循环顺序治疗仪的研制

[摘要] 本文将介绍一种以电磁为动力的新型正压治疗仪”下肢电磁动力正压循环顺序治疗仪。该治疗仪由控制器和收缩套组成，而收缩套则由若干收缩带组成。收缩套的收缩动力由各个收缩带中串联的电磁装置里电磁铁相互吸引而产生。收缩套可按一定规则从肢体远端向近端循环顺序收缩压迫肢体组织，从而将肢体远端血液和淋巴液向近心端推进，促进血液和淋巴液的回流。该康复治疗仪的优点在于利用电磁动力提高了收缩带的收缩频率、灵活性和可控性，从而更大地提高了治疗效果。主要用于预防术后下肢深静脉栓塞。

[Abstract] In This paper， we introduced a new type of positive pressure therapeutic instrument driven by electromagnetic – the electromagnetic driven positive pressure cyclically sequential therapeutic instrument for Lower limbs. The instrument is composed of controller and shrinkable sleeve， and the shrinkable sleeve consists of several shrinkable bands. The shrinkable sleeve is driven by the electromagnetic devices connected with shrinkable bands， which power comes from the interattraction of electromagnets. The shrinkable sleeve presses the limb tissue from distal to proximal sequentially and cyclically， that pushes the blood and lymph from the distal to the proximal of the limb， thus promotes the blood and lymph recirculation. The employment of the electromagnetic power in the therapeutic instrument improves the shrinking frequency， flexibility， and controllability of the shrinkable bands， therefore improves the treatment effect significantly.
