我院2013年病原菌种类及药敏分析研究

摘 要 目的：对南阳市口腔医院2013年病原菌种类及药敏情况统计分析。方法：收集2013年全年微生物标本。结果：送检标本203份。检出菌株133例，检出率65.52%。以革兰阳球菌为主，革兰阳球菌比率71.43%。结论：病原菌以革兰阳性球菌为主，MRCON明显优势，革兰阴性杆菌和真菌与往年变化不大。病原菌种类和耐药率上升应引起重视，合理施治、合理检查、科学用药、提高医疗质量。

Abstract Objective：To analyze the type of pathogenic bacteria and drug sensitivity of stomatological hospital of nanyang city in 2013.Methods：All microbial samples were selected in 2013.Results：The number of specimens was 203 cases.The number of positive strains was 133 cases，and the detection rate was 65.52%.Gram positive cocci were the main，and the ratio was 71.43%.Conclusion：Most pathogens are gram positive cocci.MRCON has obvious advantage.Compared with previous years，changes of gram negative bacillus and fungi are not big.Pathogens and drug resistance rate are rising.We should pay enough attention to this change，and give reasonable treatment，reasonable inspection，scientific administration to improve the quality of medical care.
