128层螺旋CT在肺栓塞中的应用
摘要：目的 探讨128层螺旋CTCTA在肺栓塞中的价值。方法 回顾性分析25例临床珍为肺对面栓塞128层螺旋CT成像资料，并用最大密度投影（MIP），多平面重建（MPR），曲面重建CPR，容积再现（VR）等方法显示肺动脉。结果 25例患者，左右肺动脉栓塞10支，叶肺动脉栓塞15支，段及亚段动脉栓塞62支，偏心型56支，闭塞型45支，中央型12支，附壁环形型8支。结论 128层CT肺动脉成像可作为肺动脉栓塞诊断的首选方法。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the 128 slice spiral CTCTA in pulmonary embolism value.Methods A retrospective analysis of 25 cases of pulmonary embolism clinical Jane opposite the 128 slice spiral CT imaging data，and by maximum intensity projection（MIP），multi planar reconstruction（MPR），CPR surface reconstruction，volume rendering（VR），pulmonary artery.Results In 25 cases，left and right pulmonary artery embolism 10，15 lobe pulmonary embolisms，segmental and sub segmental artery embolism in 62 branches，56 branches of eccentric type，block type 45，central 12，wall attachment ring type 8.Conclusion The 128 slice CT angiography can be used as the preferred method in the diagnosis of pulmonary embolism

肺动脉栓塞（pulmonary artery embolism）又称肺栓塞，是内源性或外源性栓子栓塞肺动脉或其分支引起肺循环障碍的综合征。并发肺出血或坏死者作为肺梗死。在西方国家肺栓塞是常见的心血管疾病，发病率和死亡率均高。近年来随着多排CT在飞栓塞中的研究证明，肺栓塞在我国绝非少见病，应引起临床医师的高度重视。正确诊断并给与积极治疗后，死亡率可明确下降。顾肺栓塞早起诊断，早期治疗，显得尤为重要。本文主要探讨128层螺旋CT肺动脉造影对肺动脉栓塞的诊断价值。
