脑卒中患者并发下肢静脉血栓形成的护理
摘要：目的 探讨脑卒中并发下肢深静脉血栓形成患者的护理措施，总结其经验。方法 回顾性分析我院2010年1月～2013年12月我院诊治24例脑卒中并发下肢深静脉血栓患者临床及护理资料。结果 经针对性的治疗以及护理2～3w后，24例脑卒中并发下肢深静脉血栓患者经彩色多普勒超声检查显示完全再通20例，部分再通4 例，无肺栓塞和死亡病例。结论 重视脑卒中患者的高危因素，对于急性脑卒中并发DVT 患者应认真分析成因并采取相应的干预护理对策，可以有效提高患者的生存质量以及改善预后。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the cerebral stroke complicated with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity in patients with nursing measures， sum up its experience. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital in 2010 January ～2013 year in December in our hospital 24 cases of cerebral stroke complicated with deep vein thrombosis in patients with clinical and nursing data. Results The targeted treatment and nursing care of 2- after 3 weeks， 24 cases of cerebral stroke complicated with deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremity of patients by color Doppler ultrasound examination showed complete recanalization in 20 cases， partial recanalization in 4 cases， no pulmonary embolism and death cases. Conclusion The importance of risk factors of stroke patients， for the serious analysis of the causes and take corresponding nursing measures should be the intervention of acute stroke complicated by DVT patients， can effectively improve the life quality of the patients and improve prognosis.
