全身γ刀治疗局限期胰腺癌86例临床疗效观察
【摘要】 目的：探讨全身γ刀对局限期胰腺癌患者的治疗效果及毒副反应。方法：对使用全身γ刀治疗的86例局限期胰腺癌患者进行回顾性分析。采用50%的等剂量曲线包绕计划靶区，照射剂量2.5～4.0 Gy/次，1次/d，每周治疗5次，共治疗10～14次。结果：总有效率（CR+PR）为70.9%。1、2年生存率为51.1%及17.4%。治疗的毒副反应主要是急性胃肠道反应（发生率Ⅰ、Ⅱ级为60.5%）和白细胞下降（发生率Ⅰ、Ⅱ级为53.4%）。结论：全身γ刀治疗局限期胰腺癌可获得较高的有效率和生存率，副作用小，是局限期胰腺癌安全有效的治疗方法。

【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the therapeutic effect of whole body γ-knife on patients with limited pancreatic cancer.Method：86 patients with limited pancreatic cancer treated with the whole body γ-knife were retrospectively analyzed.With a 50% planned isodose curve and a single dose of 2.5-4.0 Gy，once every day，five times a week.for a total treatment of 10-14 times.Result：Total effective rate was 70.9%，and survival rates of 1 year and 2 years were 51.1% and 17.4% respectively.The acute side effects including gastrointestinal reaction were 60.5% of RTOG grade 1-2 and the decrease of white blood cells were 53.4% of RTOG grade 1-2.Conclusion：The whole body γ-knife can obtain higher efficiency and survival rate，the side effect is small，it is safe and effective to treat limited pancreatic cancer.
