超声心动图在肺动脉栓塞诊断中的应用价值分析

[摘要] 目的 对超声心动图在肺动脉栓塞诊断中的应用价值进行评价分析，为今后的临床诊断工作提供有价值的参考信息。方法 整群选择2013年4月”2016年2月间，该院收治的排除先心、慢支及其它肺病患者而获肺动脉栓塞明确诊断的66例作为研究对象，对患者同时展开肺CTA、CT增强扫描以及超声心动图检测，并对检查结果进行统计分析。结果 该组患者经超声心动图检查发现右房室增大、室间隔运动异常、肺动脉增宽及肺动脉高压者42例，间接提示肺栓塞，诊断率63.6%，两种检查方法的诊断结果比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。 结论 经超声心动图对肺动脉栓塞进行诊断的临床价值显著，准确性较高，可对肺动脉栓塞进行准确的诊断和鉴别，并且可为患者病情评估、疗效与预后评价提供可靠的参考依据，值得关注并推广。

[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the value of echocardiography in the diagnosis of pulmonary embolism， and to provide valuable reference information for clinical diagnosis. Methods April 2013 to Febrwry 2016， was admitted to our hospital exclude congenital heart disease， chronic bronchitis and other lung diseases patients received pulmonary embolism diagnosed 66cases as the object of study， for patients at the same time pulmonary CTA， enhanced CT scanning and echocardiography， and the results were statistically analyzed.
