学生标准化患者在中医外科教学中的研究与实践
摘要:目的 探索学生标准化患者(SSP)在实践中的可行性。方法 将黑龙江中医药大学2011级中医临床医学专业五年制本科学生作为试点对象,分别进行新型SSP教学模式和传统教学模式培养,采取客观理论试卷考核、临床技能评分及学生主观评价的形式对教学效果进行研究。结果 实验组学生在试卷考核及临床技能考核方面均明显优于对照组(P<0.05),学生反馈良好。结论 SSP结合模拟病房的教学模式对临床医学生向临床医师的转变具有巨大的推动作用,是一项值得在中医外科教学中进一步挖掘和推广的新型模式。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the feasibility of student standardized patient (SSP) in practice. Methods Undergraduates majoring in TCM clinic in grade 2011 in Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine were set as subjects and were under the cultivation of new SSP teaching model and traditional teaching model respectively.
