基于SECI模型的名老中医传承要求下的中医妇科临床实践探讨

[摘要] 针对目前中医妇科学临床实践的现状及问题，阐释知识的分类和SECI模型的概念。基于知识转换SECI理论，结合本学科特点、硕士研究生特点以及教学培养需求，构建了中医妇科临床实践培养的教学模型，使硕士研究生的临床实践模式实现'观摩式-半参与式-全参与式“的转化。重视临床实践教学中隐性知识与显性知识的转化和名老中医学术思想的传承，并对社会化、外显化、结合化、内在化四个过程提出了能力要求。
