乳腺癌患者术后睡眠障碍的影响因素及护理对策
摘要目的：探究影响乳腺癌患者术后睡眠障碍的因素和临床护理措施。方法：选取2016年8月至2018年4月郑州大学附属洛阳中心医院收治的乳腺癌手术患者50例纳入研究。调查所有患者睡眠质量影响因素，并实施针对性的护理措施。结果：50例患者中有32例存在程度不同的睡眠障碍；采取针对性护理后，患者睡眠障碍情况得到明显好转，与护理前比较，差异有统计学意义（P<005）。结论：乳腺癌患者术后出现睡眠障碍的原因较多，将针对性护理运用在此类患者中有利于改善睡眠质量，保障术后恢复效果。

AbstractObjective：To explore the influencing factors and clinical nursing measures of postoperative sleep disorder in patients with breast cancerMethods：From August 2016 to April 2018，50 patients with breast cancer were selected to investigate the influencing factors of sleep quality and carry out targeted nursing measuresResults 32 out of 50 patients had different degree of sleep disorder，and the situation of sleep disorder was obviously improved after targeted nursing，and the difference was statistically significant compared with that before nursing （P<005）Results：32 out of 50 patients had different degree of sleep disorder，and after taking targeted nursing，the condition of sleep disorder was improved obviously （P<005）Conclusion：There are many reasons for postoperative sleep disorder in patients with breast cancerApplying targeted nursing care to these patients is helpful to improve sleep quality and ensure postoperative recovery.
