甜瓜白粉病病原鉴定及苗期抗性鉴定

摘 要: 以上海市设施栽培条件下发生的甜瓜白粉病为材料,对其病原菌进行了形态学观察鉴定,确定该白粉病病原物属单囊壳属单囊壳菌(Sphaerotheca fuliginea)。同时,利用该白粉病病原对4个不同的甜瓜品种进行了白粉病抗性鉴定,结果表明哈密瓜新品种东方蜜4号和东方蜜5号抗病性较强,尤其是东方蜜5号病情指数、黄化率均较低。

Identification of Melon Powdery Mildew Pathogen and Resistance Test at Seedling Stage

Abstract: The pathogen of melon powdery mildew collected from melons grown in protected culture in Shanghai was identified as Sphaerotheca fuliginea by its morphology. The resistance of 4 melon varieties to the pathogen was tested at seedling stage. The results showed that new Hami melon variety Dongfangmi No. 4 and Dongfangmi No. 5 had strong resistance to powdery mildew. Dongfangmi No. 5 had lower disease index and chlorotic responses to the pathogen.

甜瓜白粉病是一种广泛发生的世界性病害,在法国、苏丹、美国、以色列、日本等国都有报道[1]。它不但降低植株的光合效能和增加植株蒸腾效能,同时可使叶片变脆硬,使植株提早萎黄干枯、早衰死亡,进而使甜瓜产量和果实品质下降[2],给甜瓜生产造成严重的经济损失。近年来,随着我国甜瓜种植面积的逐年扩大,白粉病病害也日趋严重。上海地区主要采用设施大棚栽培,加之高温高湿等气候条件,已成为白粉病高发区域,目前针对白粉病还没有特效农药,因此,选育抗白粉病甜瓜品种迫在眉睫。
