外科学总论实践教学的探讨
[摘要]外科学总论是外科基础理论到临床实践过渡的桥梁课程，主要培养学生无菌观念和基本手术操作技能，为今后从事医疗工作实践打下坚实基础，相应的实践课是学生初步掌握外科基本要求及内容的重要步骤，对学生培养意义深远。本研究通过提高认识、完善教学体系、注重师资能力、规范带教过程、转变教学模式、搭建网络平台、优化教学资源、改善教学环境、重视非技术能力培养、健全考核制度十个方面来改变现有外科学总论实践教学现状，旨在提高外科学总论实践教学效果。

[Abstract] General surgery is a bridge course for the transition from basic theory of surgery to clinical practice. It mainly trains students′ aseptic concept and basic surgical operation skills， to lay a solid foundation for future medical practice. Corresponding practical courses are an important step for students to grasp the basic requirements and contents of surgery， and it has far-reaching significance for students′ training. This study changes the current situation of the practice teaching of general surgery from the following ten aspects： improving the understanding， improving the teaching system， paying attention to the ability of teachers， standardizing the teaching process， changinbg the teaching mode， building a network platform， optimizing teaching resources， improving the teaching environment， paying attention to the cultivation of non-technical ability， improving the assessment system to improve the effect of practical teaching of general surgery.
