预防性护理在颅脑外科患者深静脉血栓形成中的应用价值探究

【摘要】目的 探讨颅脑外科患者给予预防性护理对深静脉血栓形成的护理效果以及方法。方法 选取我院2015年8月～2016年3月收治的颅脑损伤患者60例作为研究对象，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，各30例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组在此基础上结合预防性护理干预，分析两组患者发生深静脉血栓的发病率以及相关表现。结果 观察组患者深静脉血栓、肺栓塞的发生率低于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 颅脑外科患者在常规护理中结合针对发生肢体深静脉血栓的预防性护理干预，能有效的降低患者术后发生肢体深静脉血栓的发病率，从而保证治疗质量，使患者能够更加有效的恢复，适合在临床上广泛推广和应用。
