昆明市农产品加工现状及发展对策
摘要：农产品加工是推进农业供给侧结构性改革的重要抓手，是破解農产品卖难滞销、促进农民增收的重要途径，是推进农业现代化、建设农业强国的重要支撑。为促进昆明地区农产品加工产业发展，昆明市农科院科技人员对昆明市农产品加工现状进行调查研究，对存在的问题给予相应的对策和建议。

Agricultural Products Processing and Development Suggestions of Kunming

Abstract：Agricultural product processing is an important tool to promote the structural reform of the agricultural supply side. It is an important way to crack down on the difficulty of selling agricultural products and promoting the income of farmers，and an important support for promoting agricultural modernization and building a strong agricultural country. In order to promote the development of agricultural product processing industry of Kunming，first half of this year，technology personnel of Kunming Academy of Agricultural Sciences investigated the present situation of Kunming agricultural products processing，gave corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on existing problems.

农产品加工业对支撑农业可持续发展、增加农产品附加值、提高农产品竞争力、保证农民持续增收、调整与优化农村经济结构、提高农产品质量和效益、增加就业和出口创汇等方面发挥积极作用[1]。农产品加工业已成为昆明农业经济的支柱产业之一，逐渐成为经济发展新的增长点。农产品精深加工是未来的发展趋势，这也表明农产品加工业的科技含量越来越高[2]。为促进昆明农产品加工产业发展，昆明市农科院科技人员对昆明市农产品加工现状进行认真调查...
