广州与世界城市交通发展战略比较分析

　　【摘要】城市在不同发展阶段需要执行与之相适应的交通战略，广州与世界城市在人口、经济、机动化程度的比较表明，广州处于都市圈发展阶段。世界城市在这一阶段制定的交通发展战略包括拓展城市通勤范围、建设新城、加强中心城与新城的快速交通联系值得广州借鉴和思考。

　　Abstract： Proper transport strategy should be executed for Cities in different development stage. Guangzhou is now in metropolitan phase comparing with world cities in development of population， economic and motorization. Transport strategies developed by world cities， for instance expanding commuter distance， building new town and developing rapid transit between urban centers， are valuable for Guangzhou.
