重症心脏瓣膜病43例的外科治疗分析
[摘要] 目的 探讨重症心脏辨膜病患者的外科治疗效果。 方法 收集我院2007年3月～2009年4月收治的86例重症心脏瓣膜病患者的临床资料，按照患者自愿原则分为观察组和对照组各43例，对照组采用保守治疗，观察组进行外科手术治疗，比较两组患者临床治疗效果及3年存活率差异，进行统计学分析。 结果 观察组患者治疗前出现3例死亡病例，1例并发症，3年存活37例；对照组治疗期间死亡27例，3年存活7例，两组患者的治疗效果和3年存活率均具有较大差异，（均P<0.05）。 结论 重症心脏瓣膜病在临床治疗期间采用外科手术治疗，进行瓣膜修复或置换可以有效的提高患者的临床治疗效果，增加患者的存活率，如果临床患者的身体和经济条件允许，就可以推荐患者使用外科手术治疗，提高患者治疗有效率。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze surgical treatment effect of patients with severe cardiac valvular. Methods 86 cases of severe valvular heart disease were divided into observation group and control group with 43 cases in each， from March 2007 to April 2009 in our hospital in accordance with the principle of voluntary patients.The control group was treated with conservative treatment，the observation group was given surgical treatment，and clinical effect and three-year survival differences were statistically analyzed between the two groups.
