泌尿外科住院感染发热患者病原菌临床特点分析
【摘要】 目的：分析泌尿外科住院感染发热患者病原菌的临床特点，指导合理用药。方法：2012年1月-2014年6月笔者所在医院泌尿外科收治120例住院感染发热患者，收集患者发热热型、体征、血尿常规、血降钙素原和细菌培养等临床资料，比较革兰阳性球菌、革兰阴性杆菌和真菌的临床感染特点。结果：84例患者为革兰阴性杆菌感染，30例为革兰阳性球菌感染，6例为真菌感染，所有患者均采取早期经验使用抗生素，后期根据药敏结果调整抗生素方案，所有患者均一期治愈出院。结论：感染早期根据病原菌的临床特点，尤其在病原菌药敏结果未知情况下，可以预判病原菌种类和合理指导用药，阻止感染恶化，提高疾病治愈率。

【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the clinical characteristics of pathogenic bacteria infection fever patients hospitalized in the Department of Urology，and guiding the rational use of drugs.Method：From January 2012 to June 2014 in our hospital，120 cases of hospital infection in patients with fever，collected from patients with fever type，physical signs，blood and urine routine，blood procalcitonin and clinical data of bacterial culture，gram positive cocci clinical characteristics of infection，gram negative bacteria and fungi.Result：84 patients with gram negative bacillus infection，30 were gram positive cocci infection，
6 cases of fungal infection，all patients took early experience antibiotic，according to the drug sensitivity results adjusted antibiotics scheme，all the patients were cured and discharged a period.Conclusion：The early infection according to the clinical characteristics of pathogenic bacteria，especially in pathogen susceptibility results unknown circumstances，can predict pathogens and rational medication guide，prevent infection worsens，improve the cure rate.
