临床微生物检验在医院感染控制中的应用价值
【摘要】 目的：探讨临床微生物检验在医院感染控制中的应用价值。方法：对我院2013年1月-2014年4月间的200例住院患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，将其随机分为观察组与对照组，每组各100例；其中对照组采用常规治疗及护理方法，而观察组在对照组的基础上利用微生物检验的方法对感染现象进行监控。结果：对照组医院总感染例数6例，比例为6%；观察组医院总感染例数2例，比例2%，两组比较差异具统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：微生物检验可有效降低医院感染发生率，提高患者治愈率，故有较高的临床应用价值。

Clinical microbiology and inspection application value in hospital infection control
【Abstract】 Objective： To investigate the clinical application value of microbiological examination in hospital infection control. Methods： in our hospital in 2013 January -2014 year in April 200 cases of hospitalized patients were retrospectively analyzed， which were randomly divided into observation group and control group， 100 patients in each group； the control group was given conventional treatment and nursing， and the observation group in the control group based on the profit for infection control the phenomenon with the microbiological testing methods. Results： 6 cases of hospital infection control the total number of cases of group， scale is 6%； the number of 2 cases， the total proportion of 2% observation of infection group hospital patients， the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P&；lt； 0.05）. Conclusion： the microbial test can effectively reduce the incidence of hospital infection， improve the cure rate of patients， so it is of high value in clinical application.
