大健康形势下课程思政与教学改革的初探

摘 要：大健康作为新兴的理念，倡导人们开展对于身体、心理、道德等方面的健康管理。在高校课程教学中，以大健康理念去引导相关课程思政与教学的改革，能够实现在大学生心理、道德等方面的思政教学，并且具体的健康医学类科目，也需要借助大健康理念去实现学科上的思政教学，以促进学生和学科在思政教育上的发展。

Abstract： As an emerging concept， Comprehensive Health advocates people"s health management in terms of physical， mental and moral aspects. In the course teaching of colleges and universities， the reform of the relevant courses of ideological and political education guided by the concept of Comprehensive Health， can realize the ideological and political teaching in the psychological and moral aspects of college students. And specific health medicine subjects also need to use the Comprehensive Health concept to achieve ideological and political teaching in the discipline to promote the development of students and disciplines in ideological and political education.

高校教学在大健康形势下应当作出学科教学上的转变和调整，引导学科教学更加贴近学生的健康管理和健康发展需求，实现了相关学科教学的课程思政改革，更好的促进了学生的发展。
一、探索大学生心理健康教育的课程思政实践
心理健康作为大学生发展的基础，高校应当重视心理健康教育在具体学科中的应用。大学生心理健康教育与课程思政结合的意义，在于思政教育所带来的对于大学生正确价值观和思想的引导，能够为大学生的心理健康成长和发展提供在教育方法和教育环境上的保障，让大学生的心理健康教育有一个明确的发展方向。课程思政依托于学科课程教学，并且以正确的价值和道德引领学科教学的开展，能够引导学生在接受学科教学的过程中，接受来自学科内部或者其他学科对于学生的道德...
