脉搏波传播速度在高血压合并冠心病患者中的应用
摘要：目的 通过检测、比对患者的脉搏波传播速度（PWV）指标，探讨高血压病合并冠心病与PWV的相关性及临床意义。方法 选取在院患者562例，根据如下情况分组：无高血压、冠心病组（正常组），单纯高血压病组，单纯冠心病组，高血压合并冠心病组，行PWV检查，比对四组PWV值结果。结果 单纯冠心病与单纯高血压病患者PWV水平相当，正常组PWV水平低于单纯高血压病或单纯冠心病组，高血压病合并冠心病组PWV水平最高（P<0.05），有统计学差异。结论 PWV值在高血压合并冠心病组中最高，单纯高血压组或单纯冠心病组次之，正常组指标最低。

Abstract：Objective Through testing and comparison of the patient"s pulse wave velocity （PWV） levels， hypertension with coronary heart disease and the correlation of pulse wave velocity and the clinical significance.Methods Choose 562 cases of hospitalized patients with， according to the following group： patients without high blood pressure， coronary heart disease group；simple hypertension patients； pure coronary heart disease patients；patients with coronary heart disease， high blood pressure merger PWV check， than in patients with four groups of PWV value results（P<0.05），the difference was statistically significant.Results The isolated coronary heart disease patients with simple hypertension patients PWV level， normal group PWV level is lower than the pure hypertension or coronary heart disease group， hypertension combined PWV level is highest. Conclusion PWV value highest in hypertension with coronary heart disease group， number two is simple hypertension group or simple coronary heart disease group， normal group index minimum.
