高校法律援助制度面临的问题和发展出路
摘 要 法律援助在我国已经有了初步的发展，党的十八届四中全会提出建设中国特色社会主义法律服务体系，全面推进依法治国，这对我国的法律援助提出了新的要求。高校作为集聚社会法律专业人才的场所之一，具有得天独厚的优势条件，高校法律援助制度的建立为我国法律服务体系做出了贡献。但是，该制度仍然面临着法律和制度保障、人才和资金短缺等诸多的问题，面对这些问题，法律制定机关应完善相关法律的制度，高校应切实加强对高校法律援助的支持与监管，相关政府部门也应切实履行自身职责，加强对高校法律援助组织的支持力度。

Abstract Legal aid in China already have preliminary development， the party"s the fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee proposed the building of socialist legal service system Chinese characteristics， comprehensively promote the rule of law， which has put forward the new requirements of legal aid in china. As one of the places where social law professionals are gathered， colleges and universities have unique advantages. The establishment of legal aid system in Colleges and universities has contributed to the legal service system in china. However， the system is still facing the problems of legal and institutional guarantee， talent and capital shortages， in the face of these problems， the law authorities should improve the relevant legal system， colleges and universities should strengthen the support and supervision of the legal aid， the relevant government departments should earnestly fulfill their responsibilities， strengthen the legal aid organization in Colleges and universities support.
