瑞舒伐他汀与曲美他嗪联合治疗对冠心病患者心功能影响的研究
【摘 要】目的：探讨瑞舒伐他汀与曲美他嗪联合治疗对冠心病患者心功能的影响效果。方法：选择2015年12月-2017年5月在我院心内科就诊的110例冠心病患者作为研究对象。根据随机数字原则将患者分为对照组和观察组，每组各55例。对照组患者单纯使用瑞舒伐他汀进行治疗，观察组患者使用瑞舒伐他汀联合曲美他嗪进行治疗，比较两组患者的心功能指标与血脂指标情况。结果：经治疗后，观察组患者的心功能指标优于对照组，观察组患者的血脂指标及心血管事件发生率低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：对冠心病患者实施瑞舒伐他汀与曲美他嗪联合疗法，可有效改善患者的心功能，提高患者的生存质量。

Abstract Objective： To investigate the effect of rosuvastatin and trimetazidine combined treatment on cardiac function in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods：One hundred and ten patients with CHD treated in Department of Cardiology of our hospital from December 2015 to May 2017 were selected as the study subjects.According to the principle of random numbers， the patients were divided into control group and observation group， with 55 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with rosuvastatin alone. Patients in the observation group were treated with rosuvastatin combined with trimetazidine. The cardiac function and blood lipid levels were compared between the two groups. Results： After treatment， the patients in the observation group had better cardiac function than the control group. The patients in the observation group had lower serum lipid and cardiovascular events than those in the control group （P <0.05）. Conclusion：The implementation of rosuvastatin and trimetazidine combination therapy in patients with coronary heart disease can effectively improve the patient"s cardiac function and improve the quality of life of patients.
