社区2型糖尿病患者血脂控制现状的调查分析

[摘要] 目的 调查社区2型糖尿病患者的血脂控制水平。 方法 选取2014年10月～2015年9月本社区卫生服务中心管理的123例2型糖尿病患者，检测患者的总胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）等指标。 结果 123例患者中，血清TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C的达标率分别为34.1%、68.3%、65.9%、39.0%，以TC达标率最低，其次为LDL-C。男性患者TC达标率高于女性，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 社区糖尿病管理中，患者的血脂达标率较低，应加强糖尿病的健康教育，改善患者的治疗依从性，提高患者的血脂控制水平。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the controlled blood lipid level of community patients with type 2 diabetic. Methods 123 patients with type 2 diabetic managed by our community health service center from October 2014 to September 2015 were selected.Total cholesterol （TC），triglyceride （TG），high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C） and low density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C） and other indicators in patients was tested respectively.
