基于γ射线图像的铸件型腔内部气泡缺陷检测

摘 要:利用γ射线获取铸件内部气泡缺陷,结合图像处理缺陷检测技术提取获取的工件气泡缺陷。首先将图像进行灰度转换,得到单通道灰度图像,有利于图像二值化处理。由于二值化图像还有一些噪声点,简单的模糊处理并不能产生很好的效果,因此对图像进行开运算。将图像腐蚀后再进行膨胀,可基本解决图像噪声问题,然后对得到的图像进行轮廓提取和筛选,最终提取出轮廓缺陷。经测试发现,该算法对工件缺陷提取具有很好的效果,能够准确检测出型腔类铸件内部气泡缺陷。

Abstract: The gamma-ray is used to obtain the defects of the inner bubbles of the casting, and the image defect detection technology is combined with the image processing to extract the bubble defects of the obtained workpiece. First, the image is grayscale transformed to obtain a single-channel grayscale image, which is beneficial to image binarization processing. Since the obtained binarized image has some noise points, the simple blurring process does not produce a good effect, so the image is opened. Firstly, the image is etched to obtain the etched image, and then expanded, which can basically solve the noise problem of the image and then the contour of the obtained image is extracted and filtered, and finally the contour defect is extracted. After testing, the algorithm has a good effect on the defect extraction of the workpiece and can accurately detect the bubble defects inside the cavity casting.
