水产养殖复合微生态制剂使用技术研究

摘 要:为提高微生态制剂使用效果,在室内及水泥池进行了微生态制剂使用技术的研究。结果表明:当菌剂浓度为109 cfu>mL-1时,在室内养殖模式下,每立方水体的使用量约为8 mL,7 d投放一次;在田间开放养殖模式下,日常维护时使用量为7.5 kg>hm-2,10~15 d使用一次,水质恶化时使用量为15 kg>hm-2,5~7 d使用一次,利于水质净化和鱼苗生长。

Abstract: In order to improve the efficiency of aquaculture compound probiotics, the application technology under the simulated cultivation condition and cement pool was studied. The results showed that the probiotics(109 cfu>mL-1) application amount was 8 mL per cubic water and 7 days once in the indoor cultivation mode. While in the cement pool the probiotics(109 cfu>mL-1) application amount was 7.5 kg>hm-2 and 10~15 days use once for routine maintenance, 15 kg>hm-2,5~7 days use once for water quality deterioration...
