稻鸭共作对水稻纹枯病抗性的影响
摘要为探明稻鸭共作对水稻纹枯病抗性的作用机理,于2009年4”8月在浏阳市北胜镇进行了田间试验,在选取2种不同抗性的水稻品种(感病品种和中抗品种)的基础上设置了2个处理,分别为稻鸭共作区和对照区,并测定了水稻几丁质酶活性,同时对水稻纹枯病进行调查。结果表明:稻鸭共作处理所有水稻品种对纹枯病的抗性明显高于对照处理,且几丁质酶活性高低与其表现一致。

AbstractIn order to study the control mechanism of the occurrence of rice sheath bligh,experiments were carried in Beisheng Town of Liuyang City from April to August in 2009. The treatments included rice-duck integrated system and control system based on two different resistance of rice cultivars(susceptible cultivars and moderate resistant cultivars)to sheath blight.The chitinase activity and sheath blight of rice were detected and surveyed. The results showed that the resistance to sheath blight and the chitinase activity of the different rice varieties of the rice-duck system were higher than the control system obviously.

几丁质是N-乙酰-D-葡萄糖胺以β-1、4-糖苷键连接起来的直链多肽物,在自然界中以各种形态存在,是绝大多数真菌细胞壁的主要成分。几丁质酶是高等植物普遍存在的一种重要的病程相关蛋白,通过破坏菌丝尖端新合成的几丁质而抑制病原菌的生长。研究表明,几丁质酶在植物体内的诱导与积累,对增强植物防卫能力发挥着重要作用。植物体内的几丁质酶可在病原菌侵染等各种化学及物理诱导条件下产生,在无外源诱导因素存在的情况下,其量及活性往往处于较低水平[1]。
