高压氧综合治疗急性苯中毒临床效果探讨

[摘要] 目的 探讨用高压氧综合治疗急性苯中毒的疗效，用于指导临床应用。方法 整群选取2013年12月”2014年12月该院收治的急性苯中毒患者64例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组32例，将治疗组用高压氧综合方法治疗，对照组仅用常规方法治疗，然后进行疗效比较观察。结果 对照组显效10例（31.25%），有效12例（37.50%），无效10例（31.25%），总有效率为68.75%；治疗组显效17例（53.13%），有效13例（40.63%），无效2例（6.25%），总有效率高达93.75%。治疗组显然优于对照组，经统计学处理差异有统计学意义（*P<0.05）。结论 应用高压氧综合治疗急性苯中毒效果显著，值得临床推广。

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy for Acute Benzene Poisoning

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in the treatment of acute benzene poisoning so as to provide guidance for its clinical use. Methods 64 patients with hyperbaric oxygen therapy admitted to this hospital between December 2013 and December 2014 were randomized to undergo comprehensive hyperbaric oxygen therapy （the treatment group， n=32） and conventional treatment （the control group， n=32）.
