基于高频变压器纳米晶磁芯损耗分析与计算

摘 要:随着电子信息技术飞速发展,各类小型轻量化的电子设备的电源系统层出不穷,其固态变压器作为这类设备的代表性电气设备得到了高度的重视。而固态变压器的核心部件是高频变压器,它是设备体积和重量的主要占有者和发热源,主要用于能量(功率)的转换与传输。而磁芯损耗作为影响能量转换与传输效率的重要损耗之一,因此对于它的分析至关重要。文章研究了纳米晶磁性材料的损耗密度为500kHz和1特斯拉以上的损耗特性。测量并给出了在不同工作温度到150℃下材料的磁滞磁化曲线和损耗密度。并且运用一种新的磁芯损耗计算方法””流量波形系数Steinmetz方程。

Abstract: With the rapid development of electronic information technology, the power supply systems of all kinds of small lightweight electronic equipment emerge in endlessly. As the representative electrical equipment of this kind of equipment, its solid-state transformer has been highly valued. The core component of solid-state transformer is high-frequency transformer, which is the main occupant and heat source of the volume and weight of the equipment, and is mainly used for the conversion and transmission of energy (power). As one of the important losses that affect the energy conversion and transmission efficiency, the core loss is very important for its analysis. In this paper, the loss characteristics of nanocrystalline magnetic materials with loss density of 500 kHz and more than 1 Tesla have been studied.
