淡水鱼鳞综合利用研究进展
摘要:湖南省盛产有鳞鱼种水产品,淡水鱼加工行业发展迅猛。然而在鱼类加工过程中,加工副产物增加,其中鱼鳞是主要的废弃物之一,因没有得到加工利用,而造成巨大的浪费。从国内外文献中可发现,鱼鳞中许多组成成分具有特殊的功能特性,可用于多方面研究。根据鱼鳞最新研究进展,详细综述了鱼鳞的成分结构及功能特性,鱼鳞中胶原蛋白、羟基磷灰石、糖缀合物、脂肪酸及卵磷脂的提取工艺,将不同提取方法阐述对比,得到绿色环保、经济且提取效率高的方案。

Abstract:Hu"nan province is rich in aquatic products of scale fish species. Freshwater fish processing industry has developed rapidly. However,in the process of fish processing,the by-products have increased substantially,among which the fish scale is one of the main waste. Because not been processed and utilized,it has caused huge waste. It can be found from domestic and foreign research literatures that many components of fish scales have special functional characteristics which can be used in many studies. According to new research progress on the scales,it has elaborated the structure and functional characteristics of composition and the extraction technology of collagen, hydroxyapatite,glycoconjugate,fatty acid and lecithin. Compared with different extraction methods,the aim is to get a green,economical and efficient solution.
