三油精诱导的急性脂肪栓塞大鼠动物模型的建立
【摘要】目的:建立可控性强、重复性好、简便易行的脂肪栓塞动物模型。方法:首先,将大鼠麻醉并气管切开插入气管切开管,经颈动脉置管测定大鼠平均动脉压、心率并抽取动脉血行血气分析,然后从颈静脉注入三油精建立脂肪栓塞大鼠动物模型。术后处死取其双肺进行大体标本观察,行HE常规染色,光镜观察。结果:本法制作的急性脂肪栓塞大鼠动物模型小剂量组成功率为90%,大剂量组成功率为70%,符合急性脂肪栓塞大鼠病理及病理生理学改变。结论:用该方法建立急性脂肪栓塞有很高的科研价值和可行性。

The establishment of the experimental animal model of acute fat embolism induced by triolein

【Abstract】Objective:To establish the model of fat embolism,which was well-controlled, easily repetitive,and accessible. Methods:First, the rat is anesthetized and a tracheotomy performed in order to insert a catheter into thetrachea to facilitate breathing,then measuring the mean artery pressure and the heart rate of the rat through the jugular arterial catheter,and arierial blood is taken out for blood gas analysis,while injecting triolein into its jugular vein to establish fat embolism model.After the rat has survived enough time,it is killed, and its lung tissues are took out of the body stained with H.E for observation. Results:The successfulrate ofthe establishment of fat embolism model was up to 70% in huge dosage group,and 90%.in small dosage group. The rats in test group accorded with the characteristics ofFE in pathology and pathophsiology. Conclusions:Our way ofthe establishment of the model of fat embolism not only owns greatscientific research value,but also has very high feasibility.
