骨科创伤患者术后并发症的预防和治疗

【摘要】 目的 探讨骨科创伤患者术后并发症的有效预防措施和治疗方法。方法 120例进行手术治疗的骨科创伤患者， 随机分为预防组和对照组， 每组60例。预防组给予术后并发症的早期预防措施， 对照组不做任何预防措施。比较两组患者出现的并发症情况， 并针对不同症状进行治疗， 观察治疗效果。结果 预防组共出现7例并发症， 占11.67%， 对照组共出现28例并发症， 占46.67%， 预防组并发症发生率明显低于对照组， 差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论 对骨科创伤患者进行术后预防和积极治疗可有效预防和减少并发症的发生， 减少患者病痛， 加快患者恢复健康。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate effective prevention measure and treatment method for postoperative complications in orthopedic trauma patients. Methods A total of 120 orthopedic trauma patients in surgical treatment were randomly divided into prevention group and control group， with 60 cases in each group. The intervention group received early intervention measures for postoperative complications， and the control group received no prevention measures. Comparison was made on complications between the two groups. Curative effects by different treatment for various symptoms were observed. Results The prevention group had 7 cases with complications， accounting for 11.67%. The control group had 28 cases with complications， accounting for 46.67%. The prevention group had obviously lower incidence of complications than the control group， and the difference had statistical significance （P<0.01）.
