体育慕课对我国高等教育的影响:破坏性创新还是维持性创新

  摘要:通过质性研究,对体育慕课进行了释义,并分析了我国体育慕课维持性创新(Sustaining Innovations)与破坏性创新(Sustaining Innovations)的特征和对我国高等教育产生的影响:体育'慕课“推动终身体育背景下的体育教学改革;体育慕课将挑战教师的教学能力;体育慕课对高等教育产生'维持性“影响。结论:在我国现阶段情况下,体育慕课对我国高等教育模式仅造成了部分'破坏“,而且对于学位授予和取代传统体育院校等方面的'破坏力“也十分有限,是一种维持性创新,且属于渐进式维持创新;但随着我国高等教育市场化程度和对外开放程度的不断加深,体育慕课在将来可能会成为一种破坏性创新。

  Abstract:Since "MOOCs (Massive Open Online Courses)" is introduced into China, it has a profound impact on China"s higher education, and extended to disciplines. Through qualitative research this paper explains the MOOCs of physical education and analyzes the characteristics of sustaining innovation and disruptive innovation of the MOOCs of physical education in China and the influences on China"s higher education. It promotes PE teaching reform under lifelong physical education, and will challenge teachers" teaching ability, and produce effects of sustaining innovations on higher education.
